Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your budget due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of vases and containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. We will make every attempt to match the flower type, but circumstance can require that we substitute with another color.

Please note that all our flower orders are custom made and flower choices are subject to seasonal availability. We cannot guarantee the exact arrangement that you may have originally requested, but we will do our best to closely match it. The arrangements shown on this website are provided for example only.

Delivery Policy

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it. Let us know what time you would like us to begin the delivery and set-up and we will do our best to meet it.
